Appointments

To schedule an appointment for assistance, please contact our office (or walk-in) every Friday 8am-2:00pm. You will be added to the schedule for the following week. Monday appointment times are designated for elderly & disable.     

*Please be aware that this is a first come, first serve basis. Once all appointment slots have been filled, you will be required to contact us the following Friday. 

*Please review the required documents. You must have required documents at EACH appointment. 

***No documents will be printed from a client's phone or email, nor will they be retrieved from old files. Please have everything printed PRIOR to arriving for your appointment***
