With the addition of a new Animal Control Department that began in the summer of 2024, the Lincoln Parish Police Jury is continuing its efforts to reduce the parish's stray animal population by introducing a new Spay/Neuter Voucher Program for 2025. This program is in response to our citizens requesting the Jury to address issues with animals at large throughout the parish.
