SEALING EARLY VOTING MACHINES FOR
(SIMSBORO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 3 PROPOSITION)
Ruston, LA — Lincoln Parish Registrar of Voters Sharon Parnell will meet with the Parish Board of Election Supervisors on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. to seal the early voting machines for MAY 3, 2025 GENERAL ELECTION (SIMSBORO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 3 PROPOSITION). The board meeting will be held in the registrar’s Ruston office located in the Courthouse at 100 W Texas Avenue, Ruston LA 71270.
Early Voting for the MAY 3, 2025 GENERAL ELECTION (SIMSBORO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 3 PROPOSITION) begins April 19-26 (excluding Sunday, April 20) from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. The deadline to register to vote in person, by mail, or the Office of Motor Vehicles was April 2, 2025. The deadline to register online to vote was April 12, 2025. NEXT ELECTION DATE: MAY 3, 2025 LINCOLN PARISH SIMSBORO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 3 PROPOSITION ELECTION
- The deadline to register to vote in person, by mail or at the OMV Office is April 2.
- The deadline to register to vote through the GeauxVote Online Registration System is April 12.
- Early voting is April 19-26 (excluding Sunday, April 20) from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
- The deadline to request an absentee ballot is April 29 by 4:30 p.m (other than military and overseas voters). You can request an absentee ballot online through our Voter Portal or in writing through your Registrar of Voters Office.
- The deadline for a registrar of voters to receive a voted absentee ballot is May 2 by 4:30 p.m. (other than military and overseas voters).
- On election day, the polls are open from 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
