Mrs. Barbara Holmes

Barbara Holmes became an employee of the Lincoln Parish Police Jury in June 2015. She's currently the Executive Secretary here at the H.E.L.P. Agency. Mrs. Holmes has been married to Oliver 38 years. They have a blended family of five children and six grandchildren. Mrs. Holmes is a member of New Hope B.C. Ruston, in which she serves in various capacities of the church (finance, publicity, to name a few). 

In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, flower gardening, reading, and of course activities with her grandkids. Barbara's philosophy in life is "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you".
